Overview

The SIUI Smartor digital ultrasonic flaw detector and thickness gauge is an upgradable unit that offers one hand operation, flat weld simulation and a smart test wizard. This combination UT and TG detector has up to 14 types of weld simulation, with dynamic beam tracking to visualize the flaw location. Perfect for flat and angle weld testing, thickness measurements on pipes and step blocks, and more. Fully featured unit that is lightweight, has a high IP rating of IP66, and is EN12668-1:2010 (for UT) and EN15317-2007 (for TG) compliant.

  • Multiple thickness measurement functions:
    • Standard A-Scan thickness measurements (through coating measurement, echo to echo mode)
    • Auto-search, velocity measurement, alarm and dataset management are available upon request.
    • Optional functions: coating thickness measurement, B-Scan, multi-layer measurement, V-PATH, TDG and temperature compensation.
